Steps to Join the Waitlist

This section guides you through the process of joining the waitlist for the AI Innovation Platform. This will allow you to be notified when the platform is ready for access.

  1. Visit the Registration Page:
  2. Fill Out the Waitlist Form:
    • Enter the following information:
      • Name: Your full name.
      • Email: Your professional email address.
      • I am interested in: Choose if you'd like to join the alpha customer program or be added to the waitlist for launch updates.
      • I am interested in joining because: Briefly share your reason or motivation for joining the platform.
      • Country: Select the country you’re based in.
      • Organization: Choose the type of organization you represent.
      • Click the Submit button to complete your request. Form Filling Submit
  3. Receive a Confirmation Email:
    • You will receive a confirmation email at the registered email address.
    • Sometimes emails may land in your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there too. Email
  4. Approval & Login:
    • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with your initial password and login instructions.
    • Follow the instructions in the email to log in to your account.

New User Sign Up

This section provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a new account on the AI Innovation Platform. The registration process is designed to be secure and seamless, adhering to GDPR and Bayer's standards.

Accessing the Sign Up Page

  1. From the Landing Page:
    • Click on the Log in icon. Login
  2. On the Login Page:
    • Click the Sign Up link. SignUp

Manual Registration Process

  1. Enter User Details(Fill in the mandatory fields):
    • First Name: Enter your first name.
    • Last Name (Optional): Enter your last name.
    • Organization Email: Enter your official organizational email address. Personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) are not accepted for registration. Form Filling
      • The system will validate your email domain. If your organization is not yet registered, you will be prompted to provide the organization name and a brief description to initiate the registration process. Organization Not Registered Organization Not Registered 1
      • If your organization is already registered, you will be prompted to click the Sign Up button. Organization Registered
  2. Submit Registration Request:
    • Click the Sign Up button.
    • The system will validate the information and check for duplicate registrations. Signup Submission

Approval Process

Incase of onboarding a new organization

  1. Confirmation Email:
    • User will get a confirmation email after submitting the onboarding request for their new organization. Confirmation
  2. System Admin Review:
    • User registration will be reviewed by a system admin.
    • The system admin will approve or reject the request.
  3. Approval Notification:
    • If approved: A temporary password will be generated and sent to your email. Approved
    • If rejected: You will receive a notification via email. Rejected

Incase of registering a new user to the existing organization

  1. Confirmation Email:
    • User will get a confirmation email after submitting the onboarding request for existing organization. Confirmation
  2. Customer Admin Review:
    • User registration will be reviewed by a customer admin.
    • The customer admin will approve or reject the request.
  3. Approval Notification:
    • If approved: A temporary password will be generated and sent to your email. Approved
    • If rejected: You will receive a notification via email. Rejected
