Publishing Center Dashboard

The Publishing Center Dashboard functions as a dynamic and insightful interface, offering users a quick and comprehensive overview of their publishing activities and the performance metrics of their items.

For New Users

Upon initial access to the Publishing Center and prior to the publication of any items, users will encounter a quick start guide prominently displayed on the dashboard. This guide is designed to facilitate the initial steps involved in publishing their first item. Users can simply click the "Start Here" button to commence their publishing journey. In this initial state, the dashboard presents a simplified view, devoid of performance analytics until items are published.

For Experienced Users

Once a user has published items, the dashboard transforms into a powerful analytics hub, presenting key metrics and performance trends:

  • My Items: This section provides a readily accessible list of all the items that the user has successfully published.

  • Total Listings: This card displays the cumulative number of items the user has published. It also includes a metric indicating the percentage increase or decrease in listings when compared to the preceding month, offering insight into publishing activity trends.

  • Total Orders: Users can track the total number of orders received for their items. This card presents the percentage change in orders from the previous month, highlighting sales performance fluctuations.

  • Total Revenue: This metric shows the total revenue generated from all of the user's items within the marketplace. The card also indicates the percentage increase or decrease in revenue compared to the previous month, providing a clear financial performance indicator.

  • Total Views: Users can see the total number of times their items have been viewed by other users. This card displays the percentage change in views from the previous month, offering insight into the visibility and reach of their items.

  • Purchase Trend (Coming Soon): This upcoming feature will provide a visual representation of the user's purchase trends. Users will have the option to filter this data by selectable time frames—such as the past 6 months, 3 months, or 1 month—enabling flexible analysis of sales patterns.

  • Top Performers: This dedicated section highlights the user's most successful items. Users can filter this section to identify:

    1. Top Rated Items: Items that have received the highest average customer ratings.
    2. Top Earning Items: Items that have generated the most significant revenue.
  • Customer Reviews and Feedback: A summary section provides an overview of the reviews and ratings that the user's items have collectively received from customers, offering a quick gauge of overall customer satisfaction. Marketplace Landing

Analytics on Individual Items (Within The My Items List)

Within the "My Items" list displayed on the dashboard, users can access key performance analytics for each individual published item:

  • Views: An eye icon accompanies each item, displaying the specific number of users who have viewed that particular item.
  • No of Wishlists: A wishlist icon indicates the number of times the item has been wishlisted. This metric shows how many users have added the item to their wishlist.

The dashboard serves as a central point for users to gain a comprehensive understanding of their publishing success, enabling them to quickly assess performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions regarding their items.
