Overview
The My Organization page provides a centralized administrative hub where users can manage all aspects of their organization. The interface is divided into four main sections accessed through tabs at the top of the page. Each section serves a specific administrative function, allowing for comprehensive management of your organization's resources, users, and finances.
Main Navigation Tabs
The My Organization interface features four primary navigation tabs:

Dashboard
The Dashboard tab provides a comprehensive overview of your organization's current status, displaying critical information at a glance.
Organization Profile
At the top of the Dashboard, you'll see your organization's identification information including organization name, description and logo.
Pending Tasks
This section displays requests awaiting approval. Each request card shows:
- The name of the user who submitted the request
- The specific project or action requested
- An "Approve" button for immediate action
The current view shows multiple pending project creation requests and an onboarding request to the AI Innovation team. You can view all pending tasks by clicking the "View all" link at the bottom of this section.
Cost Overview
The Cost Overview section provides a financial snapshot with several components:
- Amount Due: Displays the current amount due, number of items from the previous period, and includes a refresh button to update this information.
- Available Credits: Shows current available credits and total credits, with a refresh button for real-time updates.
- Current Spend: Presents current spending amount against total budget allocation with a visual progress bar, and includes a refresh button.
- Next Invoice Date: Indicates the upcoming invoice date with a calendar icon for reference.
Recent Transactions
The Recent Transactions section provides a chronological record of your organization's financial activities. Each transaction entry includes comprehensive details such as:
- Transaction date
- Amount (both charges and credits)
- Category type (Marketplace, License, etc.)
- Payment status
- Track spending patterns
- Verify successful payments
- Identify any unexpected charges
- For a complete transaction history beyond the most recent entries, administrators can access the full record by clicking the "View all" link.
License & User Management
The License & User Management section centralizes administration of digital identities, resource access, and license distribution across your organization. Administrators can efficiently add users, assign role-based permissions, and revoke access through an intuitive interface supporting both individual and bulk operations, ensuring proper governance, security compliance, and optimal resource allocation.
