Logging In

After being onboarded by the admin team, users will receive an email containing a temporary password along with login instructions for accessing the AI Innovation Platform.

Login page

Users can visit the application homepage and choose one of the following login options:

• Sign in with Bayer ID - If users are a Bayer employee or own a Bayer identity or are a contractor of Bayer with Bayer provided identity
• Enter your Email Address - Use your organization’s email address to log in.

Our AI Innovation Platform enables users to log in using their own identities/organization's email addresses, ensuring seamless access. This approach eliminates the hassle of remembering multiple credentials or passwords, allowing for a more convenient login experience.

First Login & Password Change

1. Log in using the temporary password provided in your onboarding email.

2. Change your password when prompted:

   • You will be required to create a new password.

   • The new password must meet Bayer’s security requirements.

     Password Requirements:
     

     1. Must be at least 8 characters long.
        
     2. Must contain at least one character from each of the following four categories:
        
     3. Uppercase letter (A–Z)
        
        • Lowercase letter (a–z)
          
        • Digit (0–9)
          
        • Special character: ! # $ ( ) * + – < = > ? _ { } ] ~
          

     Password Restrictions:
     

     1. Must not start with ! or ?.
        
     2. Must not include any of the following characters: @ & % . , or any other special characters not listed above.
        
     3. Must not contain your first, middle, or last name, or your user ID.
     4. Must not be the same as any of your last 10 passwords.

3. Access the Platform:

   • After successfully updating your password, you will gain access to the platform.
